Considerations

The look and colour of the product may vary due to the unique nature of wood grain. Keep in a dry place. While the case add a layer of protection to your phone it is not shatterproof. It may be damaged by drops or other impacts.

How to order customized wooden phone case - Woodgeek Store

 

Upload a scanned image of your and partner's fingerprint. Add your names and a special date (wedding date or the day you met).

We will email you a preview of your design within 2 working days.

Once you confirm the design, your custom wooden phone case is engraved within 1 working day and dispatched on the next working day.

Text guidelines : 

You can upload text in any language and we will do the engraving accordingly.

 Note: 

- Your design mockup will be sent to your email address within 3-5 working days after receiving your prepaid order. 

- You can ask for minor changes in your design mockup. However, this will further delay your dispatch date.  

Domestic shipping & delivery (INDIA)
Shipping is free for order value of more than Rs.499.  Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days,after we ship. You will receive tracking number for your package after the product is shipped out.

International shipping & delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries.The shipping charge is Rs.2500.
Delivery time is about 7-10 working days. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out. 

The recipient is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

We will issue a full refund if you request for cancellations before we iniate production of your order. Once production is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.

If you receive a broken/damaged product, we will ship out a free replacement.
