- Wooden signs are made from natural wood. Expect variations in colour and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each nameplate unique.

- The thickness may vary by +/- 3 mm for solid wood panels. 

- Sizes may vary by +/- 3 mm for solid wood panels.

- Weight may vary depending upon the moisture content and species of the wood.

Choose from Option 1 or Option 2. In option 1, you can add your name and your partner's name, and your wedding date or the day you met. No digital preview will be sent for option 1.

In Option 2, you can also add a photo. Upload your own high-resolution image. We will design and email you a digital for option 2. Once you approve the design, we carve and ship it out.

Image guidelines for photo engraving on wooden posters

To carve your photo on wood, follow these best practices:

• Upload a high-res photo. Image size must be 2 MB or more. 
• Photo must be well lit, crisp with no blurring. 
• No photo collages or edited images with Instagram filters, unedited images work best. 
• If you upload a low-resolution image, you may receive an email from us requesting an alternate image.

Pro tip: Portrait pictures taken during the day work best. Pictures from your phone camera or DSLR camera are preferred over images downloaded from social media  

Note:  
- Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order.  
- We accept one image per product. Please do not send us multiple images for the design mock-up.  
- You can ask for changes in your design till you are satisfied. However, this will further delay your dispatch date by 24 hours. 
- If you are not happy with the design mockup you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved)

The average delivery time for custom-made wooden sign is 10 to 14 days from the date of order. After you approve your design mock up, your order is engraved and shipped within 4 to 5 working days.

Domestic shipping & delivery (INDIA)
Domestic shipping (India) is free. Delivery to metro cities takes 3-5 working days after we ship, non-metro locations take 7-9 working days. You will receive the tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out.

International shipping & delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Delivery to Asia, North America, and Western Europe takes *7-10 days. Other countries will take 14 days. You will receive the tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out. The customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

- 30 days easy return policy for non-customized products. 

You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) for a refund or exchange.

The product must be returned without any scratches or damage. 

- Full refund on cancellations 

We will issue a full refund if you request for cancellations before we iniate production of your order. Once production is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.
