 Considerations     

- Wooden nameplates are made from natural wood. Expect variations in colour and wood grain texture. This is the characteristic of wood and makes each nameplate unique.

- The thickness may vary by +/- 3 mm for solid wood panels. 

- Sizes may vary by +/- 3 mm for solid wood panels.

- Weight may vary depending upon the moisture content and species of the wood.

Step 1: Upload your own high-resolution image and add your custom text.

Step 2: We design and email you a preview of your custom wooden product.

Step 3: Once you approve the design, we carve and ship it out.

Image guidelines for photo engraving on wooden nameplates

To carve your photo on wood, follow these best practices:

• Upload a high-res photo.  
• Photo must be well-lit and crisp with no blurring. 
• No photo collages or edited images with Instagram filters. Unedited images work best. 
• If you upload a low-resolution image, you may receive an email from us requesting an alternate image.

Pro tip: Portrait pictures taken during the day work best. Pictures from your phone camera or DSLR camera are preferred over images downloaded from social media. 

Note: 
- Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order. 
- We accept one image per product. Please do not send us multiple images for the design mock-up. 
- You can ask for changes in your designtill you are satisfied. However, this will further delay your dispatch date by 24 hours. 
- If you are not happy with the design mockup you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved)

Production of custom wooden nameplates take about 5 to 7 working days. Custom products are put into production and shipped out after we receive a confirmation of your design mockup.

Domestic shipping & delivery (INDIA)
Domestic shipping (India) is free. Delivery to metro cities takes 3-5 working days after we ship, non-metro locations take about 7 working days. You will receive the tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out.

International shipping & delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Delivery to Asia, North America, and Western Europe takes *7-10 days. Other countries will take 14 days. You will receive the tracking number for your package after your product is shipped out. The customer is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

We offer international shipping to most countries.The shipping charge is Rs.2500.
Delivery time is about 7-10 working days. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out. 

The recipient is liable to pay any customs duty and local taxes applicable on the product.

We will issue a full refund if you request for cancellations before we iniate production of your order. Once production is complete, no refund will be initiated for custom engraved products.
